Withdrawal requests are processed to the account or wallet registered in your own name — third-party payouts are not permitted. Gemzone does not publish fabricated bonus percentages, guaranteed values, or time-limited offers that have not been formally approved and made active on the platform. Any bonus claim made in connection with an offer that was not properly active at the time is void.

Gemzone is not responsible for losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including account suspension following a breach. In all cases, Gemzone's liability to any player is limited to the amount of the verified balance in that player's account at the time of the relevant event.
Gemzone may update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
